Imaging3 Files Registration Statement with SEC to Sell Shares to the Public

BURBANK, California – July 12, 2004 -- Imaging3, a leading provider of advanced technology medical imaging devices, announced today that the Company has filed Form SB-2 with the SEC to register shares to be sold to the public.

Once the registration has been declared effective, the Company plans to ask an NASD broker-dealer/market maker to file a Form 211 with the NASD so that its registered shares may be freely traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board market.
