Imaging3 Files with the SEC to Become
a Publicly Reporting Company
BURBANK, California -- November 12, 2002
-- Imaging3, a leading provider of advanced technology medical imaging
devices, announced today that it has voluntarily filed Form 10-SB
with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a publicly
reporting company.
The Company will now comply with reporting requirements
under Section 12g of the Securities Exchange Act, such as providing
annual reports on Form 10K to shareholders, submitting proxy statements
under Rule 14, and filing quarterly financial reports on Form 10Q.
Imaging3 CEO Dean Janes explains, "Unlike
most private companies, we have taken this approach to ensure operational
and fiscal discipline as well as provide our shareholders with accurate
and timely information. Taking this step also prepares the Company
for a successful exit event."
